Ask Lissy

Graphic by Graphic eScapes Dear Lissy,
I need advice! I am looking for a new team and I don't know what to look for. I have been on several travel teams, and I just can't seem to find a good fit. Can you give me some tips for finding a team that I can stick with?

           Ashlie

Dear Ashlie,

Here's what I think! This is one of the most common questions that I am asked and with good reason. Travel teams are expensive to join and usually involve a committment to the team, so changing mid-season can be expensive and can leave the team short-handed. It's important to find a team that has the same goals that you do so you can enjoy yourself, fulfill your committment and save your parents some money Finding a team where you are happy will make you a better player and will make the game more fun.
